I am sending this email about Heavy Metal Scrap and I hope you can do some thing about it....
Specification:
The scrap shall consists out of a mix of military scrap (Tanks, vehicles, cuttings, etc.), industrial scrap, auto and truck, (wheels, axles, parts of tanks etc.) and miscellaneous commercial. The scrap is free from toxic chemicals, radioactive materials, inflammables, explosives, organic matters originated from animals and plant with danger of epidemic disease and medicals waste. The scrap should not belong to a war affected country and/or part of arms and ammunitions used in wars and totally free from bombs, arms, ammunition, mines, shell, cartridges, sealed containers, gas cylinders, explosives shells or explosive materials in any form or kind
Heavy melting steel. Wrought iron and/or steel scrap _ inch or steel
scrap _ inch and over in thickness. Individual pieces not over 60 X 24 inches
(charging box size) prepared in a manner to insure compact charging. Heavy
melting steel 3 feet X 18 inches. Wrought iron or steel scrap 1/4 inch over
in thickness individual pieces not over 36 inches X 18 inches (charging box
size) prepared in a manner to insure compact charging Heavy melting steel 5
feet X 18 inches. Wrought iron or steel scrap 1.4 inches and over in thickness pieces not over 60 inches X 18 inches (charging box size) prepared in a manner to insure compact charging. Heavy melting steel. Wrought iron or
steel scrap, black and galvanized; 1/8 inch and over in thickness charging
box size to include material not suitable as N°1 heavy melting steel,
prepared in a manner to ensure compact charging.

Interested parties are invited to send LOI with full bank details and soft bank probe (like that in attachment). After signing the FCO the buyers are welcome to come to and go by privat plane to visit the storage location
After signing the contract the seller will bring within 48 hours a certificate of property and an irrevocable export licence signed and sealed by the British and U.S. Army and the ministery of foreign affairs.
Additional this certificate is veryfied and).Then buyer has to give a deposit of USD 6,000,000,00 with bank guarantee which has to stay for the whole period of contract and receives certificate that scrap is now is own and mentioned export licence.
Payments for partial shipments can be revolving B/G or L/C
Please instruct your clients that their own draft contract is welcome and
will be proved by the seller.
